The Atlanta Zoo is a myriad of photo ops whether making portraits of the variety of animals including the standard elephants and chimpanzees but also a Giant Panda and Komodo Dragons. There are tricks which your DPA Instructor will demonstrate to render images that transcend the caged animal snapshot to reveal the personality of the animal. You will learn the, “waiting game,” for the right natural light which is not as easy as one might guess and then there is the matter of outlasting your models to be in the pose you need.

Entry to Zoo is not included in the Digital Photo Academy workshop fee so bring cash or credit cards.
