Nina Covington
You have seen Nina Covington’s images in magazines like Italian Vogue and Nashville Arts Magazine, but one would never know that her true passion is teaching. Covington first fell in love with taking pictures, only 5 years ago, but clearly from the look of her work, the passion has been dormant for decades.
While portraiture is her bread and butter, her private portfolios come from family journeys in Appalachia and the wilds of Tennessee. See for yourself in noted galleries in Nashville, but also as far away as Los Angeles and periodically when she has her exhibitions at the Custom House in Clarkesville.
Nina Covington recalls her first photo shoot was at age 5 and she has not stopped. She probably never will.

Nina was a wonderful teacher! She brought very useful printout reference sheets, taught me about my camera, taught me about Lightroom (which is invaluable and I would have never used it!), and advised me on lighting! I learned a lot in three hours! Thank you so much!
