Liza Heider
A freelance photographer, Liza has worked with Madonna in Paris “Confessions Tour,” is a portrait, fine art, wedding and headshot photographer for actors and models throughout San Francisco and New York. Liza also works as an associate photographer for Orange Exposure studios in San Francisco.
Liza’s involvement with Shabnam Pena transpired into many photographic assignments over the past eight years, such as shooting Shabnam’s headshots and belly dancing images for Shabnam’s Hate the Game Not the Player. Liza enjoys working with Shabnam on many levels thus enabling Liza to capture Shabnam’s artistic expression, diversity and passion in the dance and theatrical mediums.
Liza is available to photograph actors, models, headshots, fashion, musicians, artists, editorial assignments and weddings. In addition to providing high end photographic images to her subjects, Liza also includes portrait retouching, photographic styling and graphic design services such as logo and layout work, as part of the final product she provides to her clients.
Liza takes pride in her most recent San Francisco body of work entitled “sidewalks”, which is on display throughout the San Francisco Area. The sidewalks body of work captures the streets and sidewalks of the Tenderloin in which Liza resides. “Sidewalks” has been made into hardbound and soft cover coffee table books which are available for purchase through Blurb.com in San Francisco.
