I am a documentary photographer. I was fortunate to be born in an age when photography is possible. I was fortunate to have been born into a creative family that thought photography was not too nuts a profession to pursue. I was on staff at The Philadelphia Inquirer. I now freelance. I have friends and colleagues who are gifted photographers, photojournalists, musicians, writers, creators, entrepreneurs. This, from my first art teacher, Mr Joseph Fitzpatrick: “Look…to see…to remember…to enjoy.” Sadly, photography is not always about enjoyment, but it is always about looking and seeing and remembering.

Call Digital Photo Academy at 1 877 372 2231. Lots of people seem to hang up if our welcome recording comes on instead of a live voice, but we promise to return your message within a day or two if you leave one with your name and number.  It would be even better if you included your e mail address as well as the date and city of the class you are considering.  If leaving a voice mail message is not your thing, please email us at [email protected] or [email protected].

I am looking to engage and further my passion about photography, by assisting with wedding photography especially. Let me know if you hear of anyone offering such opportunities.”
