A photo workshop at the Washington DC’s Franciscan Monastery offers a myriad of lessons from capturing streaming interior light in the majestic sanctuary, rich with golden interior flourishes as well as photo ops of silhouetted figures against stained glass windows. Your photo instructor will also demonstrate a variety of photo perspectives of the exterior which dates back to the 1830s, and he will supervise as you work on your own signature style of capturing portfolio worthy images. Consider the grand stonework of columns and pathways as well. Additionally, there will also be time to hone skills on landscape imagery whether in tandem with the old-world sculptures and buildings or trees and lawns as the main subject.

Call Digital Photo Academy at 1 877 372 2231. Lots of people seem to hang up if our welcome recording comes on instead of a live voice, but we promise to return your message within a day or two if you leave one with your name and number.  It would be even better if you included your email address as well as the date and city of the class you are considering.  If leaving a voice mail message is not your thing, please email us at [email protected].
